5th Annual Adaptive Bike and Rec Fair

Posted in Volunteer Opportunities, Cyclones Basketball, Cyclones Power Soccer at 12:21 pm by webmaster

The United Cerebral Palsy of Central MN is holding their 5th Annual Adaptive Bike and Rec Fair on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at the Whitney Center in St. Cloud. They are asking Roll With It to have a table at the fair and also do a demonstration for the event. The time is 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

I am looking for volunteers and participants in our program to help out at this event. Depending on the number of kids, we would like to do a demo of soccer and basketball. If you can help out, which would be very much appreciated, please let me know ASAP.

This will give us the opportunity to spread the word and hopefully get more kids involved in the program.

Thanks and hope to hear from you soon!

USA 19/under Basketball Team

Posted in Announcements, Cyclones Basketball at 7:39 pm by webmaster

Greetings, my name is Jeremy Campbell, I have been selected the head coach to lead a group of extremely talented youth to Perth, Western Australia this summer. I have contacted you to ask for your effort in increasing the player pool for me and my coaching staff to select from.

My goals for this trip are obviously to bring home a gold medal. However, more importantly I am interested in developing talent for the future of USA international basketball. I have been a member of all phases of the system from the junior division to representing our country on the largest international stages. I have no doubt in my ability to share my experiences with the selected group of athletes and bring success as a team and to each player as an individual. I ask for your help in spreading this message to as many potential applicants as possible. I also ask for your feedback, advice, and knowledge about the sport of wheelchair basketball.
